We recently had the great pleasure of Vincent Belanger visiting us and he brought his 200 year old Cello for the visit.
Vincent put on a CD demo of a cello piece he had previously recorded which we played on an Audio Note system (of course!). He proceeded to play along with the CD. Sat only three feet away from us, with the CD playing at the same volume as his instrument, he played a couple of stirring compositions as we sat and listened. It confirmed to us how close an Audio Note system gets to the real music.
Vincent Belanger’s playing was beautiful, and to hear very little difference between a live instrument and a CD playing on an Audio Note system was incredible!
We think everyone should experience this and hear it for themselves, so we’ll be holding some workshops with Vincent at the shop later on in the year. We will confirm dates closer to the time, but be sure to book onto these workshops as we anticipate they’ll be booked up quickly.
