DYNAVECTOR P-75 MK III REVIEWS

It produces a particularly open, relaxed and yet well-timed result that delivers solid but taut, rather than prodigious, bass. It’s very good at opening up the layers in a mix: it pulled out the electric organ that usually gets subsumed by the rest of the band on Leo Kottke’s Running Up the Stairs (from Great Big Boy). It also revealed the muscle of the bass guitar and drum in a well-defined and nimble manner

Its fleetness of foot means that the tempo is always clear-cut and driving. At the same time it’s very clean, there is no glare on  leading edges, instruments and voices are clearly rendered with much of their tonal depth intact.

You can find richer more detailed stages at higher prices and distinctly cruder ones that are more affordable, but I don’t recall hearing one near this point that is superior.

The P75 MK. III may not look terribly exciting, but the sound it produces with a nice cartridge is packed with all the thrill power your vinyl can offer up”

Hi-Fi Choice reckon that it’s an excellent performer for a very sensible price.

Its sense of timing is also superb, and its flexibility makes it a great match for almost any cartridge.

DYNAVECTOR P-75 III PHONO AMPLIFIER

Following the success of the P-75 Configurable MM and MC phono amplifier, Dynavector have managed to improve the performance of an already excellent product. Introducing the Dynavector P-75 Mark II.

The Dynavector P-75 Phono Stage is a unique entry level phono stage with several outstanding features that ensures the P-75 will out perform other phono stages costing considerably more then the P-75.

The P-75 also includes the patent P E (phono enhancing) circuit designed by Dr Tominari to dramatically improve the performance of low output moving coil cartridges.By a simple arrangement of jumper settings all conventional, MM, MI, high and low output cartridges are catered for. The P-75 also has an advanced power supply that operates from a conventional 12V AC to DC adaptor. This adaptor has absolutely no bearing on the sound quality.
