We are thrilled to announce we have started stocking Jamo loudspeakers. They are nicely efficient, so perfectly compliment our existing range of valve and transistor amplifiers. We have, quite simply, been blown away by their level or performance given their relatively “entry-level” price tag…..believe us, they are anything buy entry-level in terms of their musical performance! But, as always, don’t take our word for it – come have a listen for yourself!
Scandinavian roots…
With their minimalist aesthetic, clean lines and fastidious attention to detail, the Studio7 series of loudspeakers are a great example of form following function and ushers in a new era of performance for Jamo. Brimming with technical innovation, their design team have created a speaker that is timeless and would grace any home. Inspired by nature the Studio7 series is a tribute to our two founders, Preben Jacobsen and Julius Mortensen.
7 Degree Tilted-Cabinet.
7 really is the magic number for the new Studio7. To ensure a coherent sound stage, we have time aligned the acoustic centres of the drive units by tilting the cabinet back and mounting it on a plinth that houses the speaker crossover. This helps minimise any timing anomalies that can occur in a more traditional enclosure.

The Jamo Studio7’s really do have much to offer for the price and are an excellent series of speakers to mark the company’s comeback. They are certainly unique in looks and design and gave an excellent account of the music during my long listening sessions. It was good from the bass all the way up to the tops, and with ALL types of music. Now that can’t be bad for the price. I am giving the Studio7 15B loudspeakers our 5 Heart award because they offer such low distortion and an excellent soundstage at a low cost.
